Van Dusen Botanical Gardens October 2024

 Well this year for van Dusen, I brought my fairly new to me Canon F-1 New, a tripod and this time since I was with family: wife, three-ish month old son born 22 June of this year, and my wife's parents, thought I'd bring along the pop out reflector disc I've been keeping in my vehicle for quite sometime.

I used it to make photos with my in-laws, wife and baby, but then had the opportunity for myself to sit for a few pics with my wife and son.  My father-in-law held the reflector whist his wife took digital pictures with her cellphone.

I must say I am truly glad I brought the reflector, WoW! I'm simply amazed at how good the photos came out with such a simple lighting device.

In film I short 1 1/2 rolls of Velvia 50 and 1 roll of Kodak Gold (ISO 400) all 36 exposure.  No black & white this day.
