Experiment in Bread Making

A break from the usual fare.
I'm not much for cooking/baking and don't really care for shopping.
However, here is something that worked out not too bad.
Forgoing all the colloquial expressions associated with the term "bread", I'll just rise straight to the point.I successfully baked my very first loaf of bread this past Sunday.It takes a long time unfortunately, several hours, but the results were edible.  Now that this experiment has provided some good results, it is time to add other components towards different nutrients and flavours.
Any suggestions?
