An Afternoon with Dr. Ted. Grant
I enjoy an opportunity to visit my friend Dr. Ted Grant and learn from his vast photographic experience.
I find the lessons in his photographic stories very valuable.
For instance, to take photos of people close-up (Japanese woman c. 1950s), he had his translator standing right close beside him talking to the subject he was photographing - the subject doesn't look at - doesn't notice the photographer getting his shots :)
